Jetpack/Services causing MAJOR issue with store

    I need help!!!

    Our company website is having a major issue and I cannot reach anyone with Jetpack. We use Jetpack along with woocommerce services to automate taxes within California. The problem we are having is that when the setting is turned on to “enable automated taxes” the cart and checkout screens are coming up with a completely different total.

    For example, Customer placed items in the cart for 1,895 to be shipped to San Francisco. The cart shows total with shipping to be $2,179.27 which is correct. When the customer goes to checkout window to place the order the total mysteriously becomes $2,266.75 an $87.48 difference with no explanation. The orders that are placed outside of California and do not have taxes are subject to this mysterious price increase.

    Hi there!

    I see there are Shipping Insurance and Credit Card Processing Fee 4% on Checkout page, would these add up to the amount you saw?

    What’s the breakdown of the cost like? Does it add up?

    For us to test this, can you send a link to the products to add to cart?
