# WP.me Shortlinks problem

 * I recently changed the URL of my website from the original [http://www.ridgeway-online.com/ws/](http://www.ridgeway-online.com/ws/)
   to [http://www.ridgeway-online.com](http://www.ridgeway-online.com)
 * and it seems like the jetpack WP.me Shortlinks didn’t update at the same time
 * Here is an example:
 * [http://wp.me/P3GP1j-2LS](http://wp.me/P3GP1j-2LS)
 * [http://www.ridgeway-online.com/ws/?page_id=10656](http://www.ridgeway-online.com/ws/?page_id=10656)
 * By searching through the forums, I gather that may be a way to change this in
   settings on your end. Would you be willing to help me change that or is there
   a way in which I can edit the Jetpack settings to recognize the new URL?

 * I tried disconnecting the plugin to reconnect it as suggested elsewhere and now
   have this error message
 * Your Jetpack has a glitch. Something went wrong that’s never supposed to happen.
   Guess you’re just lucky: xml_rpc-32700
    Try connecting again. Error Details: 
   The Jetpack server could not communicate with your site’s XML-RPC URL. Please
   check to make sure [http://www.ridgeway-online.com/ws/xmlrpc.php](http://www.ridgeway-online.com/ws/xmlrpc.php)
   is working properly. It should show ‘XML‑RPC server accepts POST requests only.’
   on a line by itself when viewed in a browser and should not have any blank links
   or extra output anywhere.
