# Jetpack stats can’t load the file https://stats.wp.com/e-201903.js

 * Since yesterday Jetpack stats is not registering all visitors. In total yesterday
   I have 45 pageviews. Normally at least 300.
 * When I opened the web developer toolbar of Chrome I can see that the file below
   cant be loaded.
 * [https://stats.wp.com/e-201903.js](https://stats.wp.com/e-201903.js)
 * Error:
    400 Bad Request The plain HTTP request was sent to HTTPS port nginx
 * The file [https://stats.wp.com/e-201902.js](https://stats.wp.com/e-201902.js)
   works without any problems.
 * Thank you!
 * The page I need help with: _[[log in](https://login.wordpress.org/?redirect_to=https%3A%2F%2Fwordpress.org%2Fsupport%2Ftopic%2Fjetpack-stats-cant-load-the-file-https-stats-wp-com-e-201903-js%2F%3Foutput_format%3Dmd&locale=en_US)

 * I can confirm Tim’s findings. The JavaScript file “e-201903.js” could not be
   loaded with a HTTP 400 status response code.
 * The title of the returned HTML states: “400 The plain HTTP request was sent to
   HTTPS port”.
 * With the same call, “e-201902.js” can be loaded just fine.
 * The symptoms are similar to Tim’s as well, strongly reduced numbers in reported
   traffic, despite knowing for sure these numbers are higher than reported and
   the site being both accessible and searchable as usual.

 * Our site stats also suddenly dropped from normally around 1000 a day to 100 yesterday.

 * Thank you all for the reports! We’ve had a few reports of this issue, and so
   far most people experiencing the issue appear to be based in The Netherlands.
 * Could you all confirm that you are experiencing this issue when trying to access
   the Stats file from The Netherlands?
 * Could you also let us know what your Internet Provider is? It would also help
   if you could run a traceroute for the `stats.wp.com` domain, as explained here:

   [https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/advanced-browser-troubleshooting/](https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/advanced-browser-troubleshooting/)
 * You can send us the results via this contact form:

 * Yes my site is hosted in the the Netherlands by Antagonist.nl.
 * That is probably the reason that the stats are not completely 0 because I have
   also some foreign visitors.
 * A traceroute to stats.wp.com will end-up on: 192.0.76.3

 * Thank you all for the extra details. We narrowed down the issue to a problem
   at one of our data centers in Amsterdam. The problem has now been fixed, but
   unfortunately this means that you will miss some views in your stats for readers
   from The Netherlands from yesterday and until this morning.
 * Sorry everyone for the trouble!
