• When I enable Wp-Piwik, Jetpack stats charts won’t load, halts at the spinning thingie. New behavior, and I had an issue with Piwik earlier. Signed up for the 1.0 release, will be happy to use it to see if the issue is taken care of with the upgrade.

EDIT: the Dashboard widget loads the chart, if that helps. If I

Also, thank you for making it. Maybe this is a sign that Automattic is feeling the wolf-breath of WP-Piwik behind them. :^)

Do you get any javascript errors?

Where do you miss the Jetpack charts?
(i.e. “dashboard widget loads” -> where should it load, too?)

Same behavior for me for each site (in a multisite installation) which hast WP-Piwik enabled. As soon as I disable WP-Piwik, clicking on Jetpack Site Stats the entire stats page loads. Otherwise, i. e., as soon as I enable WP-Piwik nothing is shown.

Can one of you please give me some more information about the occuring error? I’m quite sure there are some JavaScript errors, aren’t they?

Please check this link if you don’t know how to get the error messages:

    Thank you!

Does this help? (messages in German)

As additional information: the site is accessed via SSL and has a certificate from StartSSL.

Nope, sorry. This doesn’t give a hint.

At the next opportunity, I will try to set up a Jetpack demo environment, so I can test this in detail.

    Thank you, braekling!
Let me know if I can contribute somehow.

Just to keep you up to date: Because of a high workload at the moment, I can’t test this until this weekend. Sorry – but I won’t forget you! 😉

Great, thanks a lot for your time and dedication.

Sorry, but it’s working as expected on my site: http://cdn.img42.com/be63afdda38c8a4f11cc463848701f9f.png

Any idea what can be different in your case?

    Thanks for your testing.
The difference might be the access over https. But I checked it by temporarily disabling the SSL access to the admin page, and it did not load either.
I just installed all latest updates including the one for WP-Piwik.
Do you know of any incompatibilities with other plugins?
I don’t have a test environment, and I would like to avoid disabling the active plugins in order to locate the problem.
    Thanks again, José

There is a known issue related to the toolbar graph.

If you are using the toolbar graph or admin tracking, you can maybe try to disable these and check again. Both features modify the source code of your admin pages (by adding JavaScript) and may cause a conflict.
