# Jetpack Stats Error

 * Hello,
 * For a few days now my jetpack stats return the error “We were unable to get your
   stats just now. Please try again.” I am connected to wordpress.com and I tried
   deactivating then reactivating and it still doesn’t work. Will my stats be reset
   because I deactivated? Is there anything I could do to get this working again
   or is it a problem on Jetpacks end?
