# Jetpack subscription bugs

 * Hello. I’ve checked the forums and haven’t really found anything that mirrors
   the issues we are currently having with the Jetpack Blog Subscriptions widget.
   Our client has the following concerns:
 * -It is hit or miss when someone signs up/subscribes to the blog when it comes
   to receiving a confirmation email that they have signed up. Some receive a confirmation
   email. Some do not.
 * -Some who have subscribed are not receiving any updates via email whatsoever.
 * -It doesn’t work for me personally on any browser I use. It says an email was
   sent but I never receive anything.
 * -I was wondering if I uninstalled it and then reinstalled it if that would help,
   but out of fear of losing our 40+ current subscribers I have not done that yet.

 * But so far as I’ve seen, you can safely delete and reinstall it.
