# Jetpack Update Errors

 * My site is [http://alloccasionsrochester.com/](http://alloccasionsrochester.com/)
   after attempting to update Jetpack, this returned. I figured I could just rename
   the Jetpack folder in FTP to Jetpack.old but that didn’t allow me back into the
   dashboard. Then I tried to just disable all plugins by renaming the plugins folder
   to plugins.hold (like the FAQ says to when troubleshooting) and it still had 
   the same Jetpack.php error.

   They say something about disk space, but I shouldn’t have an issue with that.
   Is there a reset button?
 * I un-installed Jetpack. Got the same warning:
    Warning: require_once(/home/pattieb2/
   public_html/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/class.jetpack.php): failed to open stream:
   No such file or directory in /home/pattieb2/public_html/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/
   jetpack.php on line 31

 * Are you able to get to your site now? I so, I recommend asking at [https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/jetpack#postform](https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/jetpack#postform)
   so the plugin’s developers and support community can help you with this.
 * If not, try [manually resetting your plugins](https://codex.wordpress.org/FAQ_Troubleshooting#How_to_deactivate_all_plugins_when_not_able_to_access_the_administrative_menus.3F)(
   no Dashboard access required).
 * Once in, reactivate everything you need *except* Jetpack, then post to [https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/jetpack#postform](https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/jetpack#postform)
   for assistance.
