# Jetpack & wp-optimize

 * I’ve got a jetpack subscription.
    Does Jetpack have any utilities to clean up
   the database, like wp-optimize has? Are there any known compatibility issues 
   between Jetpack & wp-optimize?
 * BTW – I was unable to submit a support ticket, as the Jetpack support form does
   not render in my chrome browser.

 * We don’t have any utilize to optimize your database.
 * Personally, I have used [https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-sweep/](https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-sweep/)
   alongside Jetpack without issue.
 * As for our support contact form not loading, first please make sure that your
   browser is up to date: [https://browsehappy.com/](https://browsehappy.com/)
 * If it is not, please try updating your browser or switching to a different browser.
 * If it is, please do these two things:
 * 1. Try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies.
 * 2. Try with all browser extensions or add-ons temporarily disabled.
 * Please let us know how each step goes for you, and which browser (and version
   of) you’re using if you’re still having trouble.
