Jigoshop Order incomplete

Hi there,
I am using Jigoshop v1.17.11.
My client has emailed me to say she only received part of the order in her admin email Sale confirmation.
The Jigoshop admin order shows several books ordered, but the email my client (it’s her site) was as follows:
Description Unit price Qty Amount
Order #710 – All-In-One To Grade 5 x 1, All-In-One Answer Book x 1, Grade 1 Revision Booklet x 1, Grade 2 Revision Booklet x 1,
£44.42 GBP 1 £44.42 GBPSo, the price was correct, but there were 4 books missing from the email. Hence, she didn’t send the complete order to the customer who has obviously emailed her about it etc.
I should probably tell the website owner to check in to her Jigoshop admin, but she prefers to just get the email notification.
Can you help please.
