 * Dear,
 * Im a second line support engineer who developed a customer support website. As
   some of our install engineers have to report issues that are tracked into Jira
   manually I like to see if I can implement this.
 * We have an existing Jira runnign were you can select ‘Create Issue’.
 * Is there any way that I can have this ‘create issue’ template imported from Jira
   into my site?
 * This would allow my installation guys to visit the site and upload pictures and
   problem issues directly from their Ipad.
 * I would appreciate any help/tips!!
