Hi @hasanirogers
Could you clarify that you post the jobs via wp-admin screen JobBoardWP > Jobs > Add new and are faced with the issue that a job post is saved as a draft, right?
If you make that via wp-admin only from the user with the Administrator role, the Job Submission settings should not affect the process. Could you share the screencast with the user flow, I’ll try to replicate the same issue on my test install?
Let me know,
Best Regards!
Hi @nsinelnikov. Thanks for the quick response. If I post via the admin panel (JobBoardWP > Jobs > Add new) then it publishes just fine. The problem though is that I want users to post jobs via the Front End. So I’m making the posts via the Front End. I’m using the TwentyTwentyOne theme as a test theme. I’m using the JB Post Job page to add them. Seems like there should be a publish button but all I get is a “Save Draft” button. Here’s a screenshot. https://www.dropbox.com/s/t2cilot1pcaljg0/Screenshot%20from%202021-11-24%2019-16-45.png?dl=0
Hi @hasanirogers
Thanks for your prompt reply and details!
There is the required Preview step before the job posting https://watch.screencastify.com/v/xDwhkxc50rcGoGsUsKVH
Please click Preview and the Submit Job on the next screen.
Let me know if you still have the issue,
Best Regards!
Oh that’s what I was missing. Works like a charm. Thanks!
@nsinelnikov Any possibility of getting the button adjusted to say something like ‘Preview & Submit’ to be more clear ??
Hi @theemploybee
You are able to customize this string directly in the template by the theme/child-theme or by the translation files.
See information here: https://docs.jobboardwp.com/article/1570-templates-structure
