 * Hello,
 * I’m trying the plugin, and have an issue to join the zoom meeting by the Browser,
   when we join its show a black window, and we do not see the host and anything…
 * Via the App its working
 * I have the last version of your plugin.
 * The error on the console : Uncaught (in promise) DOMException: The play method
   is not allowed by the user agent or the platform in the current context, possibly
   because the user denied permission.
 * Thanks in advance for your help

 * Hello [@globalmanager46](https://wordpress.org/support/users/globalmanager46/),
 * Thank you for reaching out!
 * The error message on the console indicates that the browser is blocking video
   playback due to a lack of permission.
 * Here are a few steps you can try to resolve the problem:
    1. Check browser permissions: Make sure that your browser has permission to access
       your camera and microphone. Go to your browser settings and check if the necessary
       permissions are enabled for your website.
    2. Disable browser extensions: Some browser extensions or add-ons may interfere
       with video playback. Try disabling any unnecessary extensions and see if that
       resolves the problem.
    3. Use a different browser: If the issue persists, try using a different web browser
       to see if the problem is specific to your current browser.
    4. Test on different devices: If possible, try joining the Zoom meeting from a
       different device (e.g., a different computer) to see if the issue is specific
       to one device.
 * If none of these steps work, it’s possible that there may be a compatibility
   issue between the eRoom plugin and third-party plugins on your site. In this
   case, they should be disabled temporarily to find the root of the issue.
 * Kind regards
