 * Is there a way to remove the “Join Us” from the “Login” page?
    All the members
   will be manually entered. No one can join. Thanks, Krina

 * When one clicks on the login the login page opens and below the username and 
   password there is “join us”. I need to remove the join us because there will 
   be no one joining in that way. We are manually put in the people that will need
   a login. Therefore, we will not be setting up a join us page.

 * I must start by saying..I really like this plugin so far! OK..to business…I can’t
   find the file to change the text that displays on locked content pages.

   Not a Member?

 * I would like to change this text and add a few line breaks, etc. What is the
