 * I am getting the below error in google developer console. The error is shown 
   on all pages of the site.
 * (index):229 Uncaught ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined
    at (index):229

   ON `Optimize > Exclude JQuery`? If it’s still not working, please provide your
   Report Number, found in WP Admin > LiteSpeed Cache > Report.

 * No I had it turned off. The moment i switch it ON, i am getting “Eliminate render-
   blocking resources” in Google pagespeed and Gtmetrix tests.
 * Just to check i just turned it ON and the error went away. But Render blocking
   resources came up now for jquery.js

 * That probably means your theme requires jquery to loaded first , otherwise other
   js function may not work ,as you see the console error.
 * Please kindly check your theme or contact theme author for further assistances
