You can find it in the portfolio menu.

So the case is when I access the website for the first time then I go to the portfolio page/menu, the plugin doesn’t work properly. But when I reload the portfolio page, the plugin will run fine.

I think it’s happening because you all js are losing in the footer.

Please try to load it in the header.
