jquery – I’m missing the obvious

I KNOW I’m making it too hard, but I can’t figure out the syntax for a Snippet on the receiving end as well as how to call it. I’m trying to test some Javascript/jQuery code and simply want to put it into a Snippet and then call it from a Formidable Form.
