# Jquery- Javascript is Not uploading

 * Visual Editor not working after updating to 3.9
 * I already tried everything to find a solution for this issue, I Used this
 * define(‘CONCATENATE_SCRIPTS’, false);
    define(‘SCRIPT_DEBUG’, true);
 * Replace all the wordpress installation
    Put in hold plugins and themes. Upgrade
   the defaults themes.
 * But My problem countinues
    I can’t use the widget menu, neither the nav-menus.
   php
 * What else I can do, to load jquery when I login to my wordpress site.
 * Also I am using Genesis theme, but I already desactived all the themes, and plugins(
   theme.hold and plugins.hold)
 * This are some erros that i register with firefox:

 * /wp-admin/ (line 12)
