 * I am using 4.1 verion of wordpress, in wp-admin it is throwing jquery not found
   error. I have tried uninstalling all the plugins, deleting all the wp-admin and
   wp-includes files.
 * I have tried the following codes in wp-config,
    `define(‘CONCATENATE_SCRIPTS’,
   false);’ `define('SCRIPT_DEBUG', true);`
 * none of them are working, any help, Thanks

 * Hi Charan,
 * Aside from reinstalling WordPress, being that you already deactivated all plugins,
   have you also switched back to the default WordPress theme (i.e., Twenty Fifteen)?
   The goal here being that we want to eliminate any kind of 3rd party integration
   issue first. After that, it should be a near-default WordPress install and whatever
   your web host provides.
 * If, after switching back to the default theme and at the same time having all
   your plugins remain inactive you’re issue persists, then I would wonder if any
   hacking has been done by you or someone else to your core WordPress files? Because,
   if so, a reinstall might just fix things up. On the other hand, if no hacking
   has occurred and your issue continues, then I would call your web host and let
   them know what’s going on.
 * P.S., I guess the BIG question of the day is _when_ did you first notice the
   issue? And an even BIGGER question is _what_ do you remember last doing just
   before the issue occurred. The latter being the $1,000,000 dollar question. 😉
 * Hope this helps,
 * Randy

 * You’re very welcome. In this case, I would take a look at this handy guide:
