 * I am using Jquery Manager which provides an updated v3.4.1
    Other blocks work
   fine, but when I use the Table of contents block I get a ReferenceError: Can’t
   find variable JQuery. This is a problem without caching (so that does not seem
   to be the issue). Any ideas?
 * Thanks
