# jQuery Upload Error

 * If I try to uplaod a file, I have this error in console:
 *     ```
       Uncaught TypeError: jQuery.ajax(...).success is not a function
           at HTMLFormElement.<anonymous> (main.js?ver=5.8.1:169)
           at HTMLFormElement.dispatch (jquery.min.js?ver=3.6.0:2)
           at HTMLFormElement.v.handle (jquery.min.js?ver=3.6.0:2)
       ```
   
 * and the file isn’t uploaded.
 * – Oxygen Builder
    – WP Customer Area – User Private Files 1.0.9
 * All the updates are made.

 * This sounds like a conflict with other plugins or theme. Please try deactivating
   other plugins and switching themes and see if the error is gone. If so, we would
   need to know which one is causing the conflict.
 * Also, please share a link to your site where you have used the shortcode.
