 * You will be running an old / cached version of the plugin as the version 1.2 
   no longer uses this file. If you’re using a caching plugin like Cloudflare, W3
   total cache, etc then clear the cache and it will work.
 * If you’re still having trouble post the URL and I’ll take a look.

 * Yes, do have a cache plugin; will clear cache and see if error re-occurs.
