# JS code seldom runs

 * I have a WPForms form displayed by a popup created with Popup Builder. All plugins
   and the core code are up-to-date.
 * JS code added to the “Endorse as an Individual” popup – at various points – seldom
   runs.
 * I inserted a simple alert() call, which ran only twice, and never again.
 * I inserted timer-driven code that is repeatedly called, but it did not run.
 * When I run code from the page via WPCode, the code runs but it is not able to
   read from the input fields.
 * I tried disabling all other plugins, but the problem remained.
