 * I’m getting a JS error when viewing the data from one of my forms, but not the
   other. Not sure but I’m wondering if there’s an issue b/c of the + character 
   in some phone numbers. Hoping if you can test and provide an update. Many thanks!
 * The error is preventing the table toolbar from loading…
