 * Hi
 * I am getting a JS error when using WP forms:
    Heads up! WPForms has detected
   an issue with JavaScript on this page. JavaScript is required for this form to
   work properly, so this form may not work as expected. See our troubleshooting
   guide to learn more or contact support. This message is only displayed to site
   administrators.
 * I do not have Autoptomize or cache plugin activated, I’ve cleared browser cache
   and WordPress cache.
 * It is the same theme and pagebuilder as on all my other sites. Beaver Builder
   and Astra, so can’t change them.
 * Can you please see why this is happening?
 * Many Thanks
    Vernita

 * Hi [@redswirl](https://wordpress.org/support/users/redswirl/),
 * It looks like your site does have some kind of caching or optimization active.
   Please see this screenshot for reference – [https://a.supportally.com/KzrWiM](https://a.supportally.com/KzrWiM)
 * It may likely be your Beaver Builder theme and associated plugin that has some
   features enabled. Please take take a look to see if any are enabled.
 * Otherwise, you can narrow down the source of the issue by following our Troubleshooting
   Guide here – [https://wpforms.com/docs/getting-support-wpforms/](https://wpforms.com/docs/getting-support-wpforms/)
 * You won’t need to necessarily deactivate anything permanently at this point,
   the first step is to identify where the issue is coming from, then we can move
   onto possible solutions.
 * Please let me know how it goes.
 * Kindly,

 * Hi [@redswirl](https://wordpress.org/support/users/redswirl/),
 * We haven’t heard back from you in about a week, so I’m going to go ahead and
   close this thread for now. But if you’d like us to assist further, please feel
   welcome to continue the conversation.
