    when I install the plugin an include the shortcodes I see a headline and
   the content. but the functionality is missing. looks like the js is missing.
 * any idea?

 * Please check the theme to ensure the `wp_footer();` function is used in the footer.
   php file. The plugin uses this function to load the JavaScript file. This is 
   the most likely cause for the JavaScript file to not be loaded.
