# Js TinyMc Error

 * Dear All,
 * my name is Apostolos Kourmatzoglou, and I am using WordPress to create beautiful
   sites and functional shops.
    So, I have also use the Visual Composer.
 * When I try to save a simple text block I am getting a JS error “TypeError: c 
   is null” and here is the trace

 * I use the Visual Composer on the “Backend Editor”, in the classic mode, I don’t
   face this issue.
 * Could anyone suggest a solution? a Fix? If I found something myself, of course
   I will post here.

 * Try deactivating all plugins. If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one
   individually until you find the cause.
 * If that does not resolve the issue, try switching to the Twenty Seventeen theme
   to rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).

 * Thank you, James,
 * I will check all my plugins and I will post back, but it was caused without installing
   any new plugin.
    Also, I use Alterna theme.

   support channel, so you can get support from the people who know it best: [http://support.wpbakery.com/](http://support.wpbakery.com/)
 * Forum volunteers are not given access to commercial products, so they would not
   know why it is not working properly. Other community members who may have faced
   your issue might be able to help you but your best bet is your product’s developer.
   Keep in mind we encourage you to use the official support venues, as it allows
   the developers to be aware of issues with their code and gives back to the community
   in a more robust way.
