   uploads/`
 * Would it be possible that if
 * `/wp-content/plugins/all-in-one-event-calendar/public/js_cache/`
 * isn’t writeable by PHP, that the plugin instead attempts to write in
 * `/wp-content/uploads/all-in-one-event-calendar/...`
