Hi,

The plugin recommended to be installed as a prerequisite “json-api” has been closed by what appears to be WordPress over a “security issue”

This plugin has been closed as of August 7, 2019 and is not available for download. Reason: Security Issue.

What is the status on a replacement solution?

The plugin had not been updated for over 4 years, that’s why it was closed.

There’s updated version available at https://github.com/PI-Media/json-api

Hi @parorrey,

Any reason you aren’t posting a copy to WordPress? It makes it so much easier to handle updates when it’s on the WordPress repo
