JSON bug

    After update to 2.4.3 of WC plugin I’m facing an JSON error with following details:

    Server error: SyntaxError: Unexpected token o in JSON at position 1
Maintenance corrupted data: Unexpected token o in JSON at position 1

    And in debug mode there is this message, repeated every time chat refreshes:
    [Sun Jan 29 2017 23:17:23 GMT+0100 (Środkowoeuropejski czas stand.)] [onNewMessagesArrived] [object Object]

    I am sure it’s the plugin’s bug which I cannot find.

    Please try to clear browser’s cache. There were changes to Javascript files and this can cause errors after update.

    Hello, I wanted to buy the chat because it seems to be the most complete for buddypress ..

    But I have the same problem … those of my hosting have been looking for many days the problem, and in the end it turned out that it was their plugin …

    It collapses the server and does not let the blog edit … I had to reniciar 6 times the hosting, to be able to solve the problem ..

    The question is … what can it be? it has a solution? I am interested in chat, but it breaks the whole web … and my hosting has a good reputation, supposedly is very fast and powerful .. (webcompresa) ..

    I would appreciate guidance and forgiveness of my English (google translate)

    Hello,

    Wise Chat plugin is based on AJAX. This technique is very convenient for setup and maintenance, but it requires higher capacity of the sever. You probably have to invest in better server.
