 * Hello Danny !!
 * I just installed this plugin on to my website and followed the installation instructions
   but when I log in to helpscout’s dashboard and view a ticket .. the debuger shows
   this error **Json Parser: Syntax error, malformed JSON** can you please help 
   me with this ??

 * Is this happening with all customers in your Help Scout dashboard or just with
   some? Also, do you happen to know which PHP version your server is running?

 * Hey Danny, just letting you know we got this fixed up. The issue was a conflict
   with bbPress plugin on our site which was throwing an error and interfering with
   the JSON output. Deactivating bbPress confirmed it, and after fixing the error
   the EDD/Helpscout integration worked perfectly.
