# Json error message

 * Hi I have installed the free plugin to try out first.
    I am getting this error
   when i go to POS
 * Unexpected token < in JSON at position 0
 *     ```

 * We suspect a plugin conflict might be occurring.
 * Let’s first rule out any conflicts. It’s easy. Deactivate all plugins except 
   for WooCommerce and the Point of Sale plugins.
 * Now launch the POS, are you still getting the JSON error?
 * If no, one-by-one enable a plugin until the error occurs to identify which plugin
   is causing the conflict.
 * If yes, go ahead and submit a POS debug log to us for review.
 * Launch the POS. Go to Menu (Upper left), Click Support.
 * Submit a Support form, and make sure to click ‘Send POS system report’. Once 
   you click send, include your active email address for follow-up, the report will
   automatically send to us for analysis. We will review and follow-up directly 
   with you on a solution to fix for your website after reviewing the logs.
