# JSON Export Doesn’t Work

 * The menus export in Hexadecimal, not JSON. Import fails. Plugin is totally unusable.

 * Could you please share the navigation exported file. We are generating file in
   the JSON format not in the hexadecimal, it seems like something gone wrong with
   your menu items. Please share the file so that i can debug this issue.
