# JSON File Error

 * I have uploaded a json file to the AM Lottie Player to display on the hero but
   all I get it a yellow caution box. There is nothing explaining what the issue
   is, just that it wont read. I have uploaded this to another website with no issue,
   the file works properly over there, but on this website there is something funky
   going on. I cross compared the setting of the websites and there is no significant
   difference to be causing this issue.

 * The error means the plugin for some reason wasn’t able to parse the file, but
   you’re right – I should add an error message.
 * Could you perhaps send me the animation, either as a link or to my email: [johan@aarstein.media](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/json-file-error/johan@aarstein.media?output_format=md)?
   Perhaps it exposes a bug in the application somehow.
