# Keep getting Database Outdated Error

 * I keep getting the error:
 *  May 06 2024 13:30:52: Error occurred on last SpamFireWall check. SpamFireWall
   database is outdated. Please, try to synchronize with the cloud.You can get support
   any time here: [https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/cleantalk-spam-protect](https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/cleantalk-spam-protect).
 * I press the Synchronize button and get a green checkmark, but the message keeps
   displaying and the time keeps updating. I’ve tried a disable/activate but that
   didn’t help.
 * Any Ideas?
