# Keep Getting Error, file cannot be moved.

 * Keep having issues where I get this message: Error, file cannot be moved.I’ve
   upped the MB/KB size but I’m trying to upload a 16KB file and getting the error.

 * Could you please check the following few things?
    - Edit your File Upload field and have a look at the value of **Destination**
      option. It should be an absolute path, such as:
       _[http://yourwebsite.com/wp-content/uploads/form-maker](http://yourwebsite.com/wp-content/uploads/form-maker)_
    - Check **Allowed file extensions** option and make sure the format of the files
      you upload is listed here.
    - See if `upload_max_filesize` directive in `php.ini` file of your website is
      large enough for the files you are trying to upload.
