# Keep getting error –> “success”:false

 * I can authorize fine and then select my UA & GA4 in General Settings but every
   time I hit save I get the error message:
 * “success”:false,”message”:”Please enter a message.”
 * Happens on every website I have tried this on

 * Hi,
 * Try using a different browser or an incognito/private window while authorizing.
 * Never seen this error, but I suspect it could be generated by an ad blocker or
   privacy browser extension.

 * Are you using ManageWP Worker? Try to test it with this plugin disabled.

 * I had the same problem on 5 of 35 website. All of them had the ManageWP Worker
   Plugin, but only on 5 it did not work. But with disabling temporally it worked.
   Thanks for the help.
