Keep getting logged out from QUICK.cloud

Hi,

I have a problem with LiteSpeed in WordPress. I keep getting logged out from QUICK.cloud and need to activate it every 30 minutes or so. When I enter the LiteSpeed cockpit, all data is blurred, and I have to enable the QUICK.cloud service. After activation, everything works, but when I enter the cockpit again after about 30 minutes, the same screen returns, prompting me to enable the QUICK.cloud service once more.

logged out , as you mean being disonnected from QC ? does it pop up any notification or message when it happens ?

No notification. It looks like I just installed the plug-in.

and once you clcik “enable” , it will connect , then 30 minutes later, it gets disconnect again ?

This can be done from LSC => Toolbox => Report => click on “Send to Litespeed”

for the reference: the issue is with WPML multi domains , these additional language domains , need to be added into QC dashboard -> this site -> setting -> Domain Alias , so system won’t be confused there are multiple domains using same identification token
