# Klarna – Problem loading frame

 * Hi,
 * it mostly takes a very long time till the frame for Klarna payments finally loads.
   The problem with that is that the customer can checkout before selecting “pay
   now, pay later or pay over time”. In other cases not even the selection loads.
 * Is there a solution to force a selection or validate the selection? Does anybody
   else have the problem with klarna frame loading to slow / not?

 * The first entry in the list of Klarna payment options is the one that is selected
   by default.
 * I see what you are talking about, while the payment options load, there is the
   possibility that the customer clicks the Place Order button. That is why we show
   that loader, to indicate to the customer that the Klarna payment option is loading.
   I will take a look at also disabling the Place Order button while the Klarna 
   payment options load.

 * Version 3.3.1 released which disabled the Place Order button while the Klarna
   payment options load.
