# Knowledge Base > Header > No Background Image

 * **Environment:**
   WordPress 6.4.3Basepress 2.16.1
 * **Observation / Issue:**
   Knowledge Base > Manage KB > Selected KB > Designated
   image does not appear as background image for the knowledge base on the frontend.
 * **Troubleshooting:**
   – Issue persists when all other plugins are deactivated.–
   Issue persists when caching is cleared and deactivated.
 * Is this User error in my case (using plugin incorrectly), or does this sound 
   like an issue to resolve?

 * I do not wish to ignore this request. However, it would be great if you can write
   to us via the contact information on our website. Ideally, create a staging site
   so we can look at it and find out a fix.
