# Knowledge Graph & Schema.org

 * Hi there,
 * I posted this problems a while back but have some updated information which I
   hope you can help with.
 * The issue I have is that on the ‘Knowledge Graph & Schema’ option I selected ‘
   Person’ but do not have a drop down option to select anything from (I just get‘
   loading’). I have a profile setup and the latest WordPress/Yoast updates installed.
   I have also run a check to see if there are any plugin conflicts.
 * I’ve managed to check for JavaScript errors on the page, I should add this is
   all new and I did this via a basic video tutorial. The [following errors appeared](https://imgur.com/a/cjzEjb8).
 * Does this help diagnose the problem? If so what’s the fix?

 * The provided screenshot shows a couple of JavaScript errors appearing in your
   browser console. When requesting the list of users, your server returns a 403
   Forbidden error.
 * We received a similar report from other users where the issue was caused by their
   web host’s security measures. Please contact your web host to check the ‘mod_security’
   settings that prevent our plugin from accessing the user list.
 * If there are no ‘mod_security’ settings preventing access at the server, you 
   may have a security plugin that limits access to the WordPress wp-json feature.
   Please review any security restrictions and whitelist the Yoast plugin for accessing
   the feature.
