# Knowledgebase Integration

 * I understand that i can integrate this plugin with SupportCandy ticketing system.
   I have installed the plugin, but the knowlegebase page wasnt created. i manually
   created it.
 * But when i tested it out I didnt see it as been described in this video [https://supportcandy.net/wp-content/uploads/2018/08/pressapps_kb.webm?_=1](https://supportcandy.net/wp-content/uploads/2018/08/pressapps_kb.webm?_=1)
 * What are my missing with integrating the plugin?

 * Hi [@ammape](https://wordpress.org/support/users/ammape/) I’m not familiar with
   SupportCandy system and had no idea they’d integrated with my plugin, WP Knowledgebase.
   That’s great, and they’re most welcome to do that… but I’m afraid I have no idea
   how their integration works so I can’t really help troubleshoot issues relating
   to that. I’d recommend to address your questions to SupportCandy. 🙂
