 * I’m troubleshooting a recurring and intermittent issue with my host regarding
   eAccelerator causing my site to not load in FireFox and now in IE as well.
 * These are the error messages from my log:
 * > [25832] EACCELERATOR: PHP crashed on opline 8 of (null)() at /home/peoriapu/
   > public_html/blogpeoria/wp-includes/kses.php:516
   > [Sat Jan 6 09:05:18 2007] [notice] child pid 25832 exit signal Segmentation
   > fault (11)
   >  [25835] EACCELERATOR: PHP crashed on opline 8 of (null)() at /home/
   > peoriapu/public_html/blogpeoria/wp-includes/kses.php:516
 * Could it be that I have a bad kses.php file in my installation?
 * Is this a known issue? Is it save to download a new build and upload the new 
   kses.php file?

 * I know I shouldn’t ask again, so soon, but my site keeps crashing and I don’t
   have much time to fix this before I go off to work. Does ANYONE have an answer
   to this?

 * Same problem here. Now and then the eecel crashes with that error.

 * I haven’t had any problems since upgrading to WP 2.1.

 * it looks like kses.php is frequently causing problems when cached (by e.g. eaccelerator).
   excluding it form being cached in eaccelerator might do the trick (something 
   like eaccelerator.filter=”!*kses.php” in your config).
