# Labels generate problem

 * I have a problem with the labels generator. After order successfully made, in
   Collismo “labels outward/inward” fields are empty 🙁 I also try to manually generate
   outward/inward label direct from order but it’s not working too.
    How to fix 
   it. Could you help me with this?
