# Lacks functionality

 * This software while it works pretty good lacks some functionality.
    1. The ability
   to discount the gift card to the purchaser for example lets say you want to offer
   a %50.00 gift card and the purchaser can purchase it for $40.00.
 * I even wrote the company they replied with we are not doing any additional work
   or customization on this product. They did respond quickly. No work around nothing
   after we already spend over $200.00!!

 * Thanks for your review. Your comment is unfair because you wanted something that
   the plugin doesn’t do. We’re not doing **custom work** at this moment, as I explained
   in the support ticket.
