u mean on posting u experience lag? or u post but the content appear after some time has passed by?

After I write a post and hit “Update”. I think it’s the RSS. Sometimes it refreshes in a couple of seconds, sometimes it takes minutes.
Update or Publish? It’s more likely due to pinging to the pingomatic. I suggest try disabling of pinging services and then try posting on the blog.

What exactly does “pingomatic” do? I know it posts the RSS feeds to certain sites but what is the advantage of this?
