 * It doesn’t make sense to write in French for the description on the international
   version of the WordPress repository.
 * You can use the French language in your local fr.wordpress.org version.
 * French is not an international language. There is no point for you to put it 
   first. The majority of the visitors wouldn’t understand it.
 * I find that offensive!

 * If you live in France or your geo location settings on Google and/or the browser
   are set to French, then you’ll see [https://fr.wordpress.org/](https://fr.wordpress.org/)
   ranking first for your plugin name there. If I was you I would put the French
   version there. That is why there are localized versions of wordpress.org. English
   is not just the language of the UK, which I assume you may not like, it is the
   international language which we all connect throw.
