Language code only files (without country code) are not recognized

    Hi,
    Thanks for the great plugin.
    I’ve noticed that translation files without a specific country code are not recognized by the plugin. For example, my-plugin-ar.po will not be recognized. Once it’s renamed to my-plugin-ar_SA.po, the plugin recognize it.

    Am I missing something or it’s actually a bug?
