 * I’m wondering if there is any way to integrate a language code prefix instead
   of that “?lang=en”..
 * My question is related to the SEO rules and I guess that if the web could manage
   the different languages with like folders (/es /en /fr) it could help us to rank
   better..
 * Any suggestion for that?

 * I agree this would be a great addition, and it would be my desire to add it. 
   I have no timeline as to when that would happen.
 * Right now the feature is NOT available, even with Premium version.
