 * Hello,
    My site is [http://www.pixelbox.in](http://www.pixelbox.in) which was
   developed in WordPress I want to put a language selector plugin i.e a visitor
   should be able to select the preferred language from the list and WordPress should
   automatically translate the text content in all the pages. Right now I have installed
   WPGlobus [http://www.pixelbox.in/wp-admin/plugin-install.php?tab=plugin-information&plugin=wpglobus&TB_iframe=true&width=600&height=550](http://www.pixelbox.in/wp-admin/plugin-install.php?tab=plugin-information&plugin=wpglobus&TB_iframe=true&width=600&height=550)
 *  I can see the Flags at top right side of Home Page but language is default English.
   Can anyone suggest a right plugin or help me how to use this same plugin.

 * There are some [plugins](https://wordpress.org/plugins/search.php?type=term&q=translation)
   that might help you but the automatic translation is never a good idea as in 
   the most cases it is some could or google service and you will end up with pretty
   funny results. Any why there are some plugins that can do that. Never have tried
   them, though.
 * A thing I’d recommend is [PolyLang](https://wordpress.org/plugins/polylang/).
   It will give you the option to translate each single page or post and some more
   stuff. But I thing that the plugin you have (WPGlobus) should do the same thing.
   You just have to add (manually) the translation of your pages. Once you have 
   your content in different languages your language switcher will be active.
