 * I want to change the English_US setting on one of the sites in my multisite network
   because it now displays a US flag and I d rather show an English flag, as my 
   business is in Europe only.
    Where can I change the language setting from English_US
   to English_England in order to get the british flag icon ? Thanks

 * Define WPLANG in wp-config.php
 * Go to wp-admin/options-general.php
 * Select your WPLANG at Site Language
 * Go to wp-admin/update-core.php
 * Click “Update translations”, when available
 * Core translations files are downloaded, when available
